Jeffrey D. Dollins, Associate
Jeffrey D. Dollins represents various school districts, municipal entities and Independent Political Subdivisions throughout the State of Arizona. He has extensive experience in education, municipal and public entity law, and has represented cities, counties, fire districts and the State of Arizona in administrative proceedings and at all levels of the Arizona court system, as well as the federal courts.
Mr. Dollins assists in the representation of the firm's school district clients, and has represented both large and small school districts in administrative proceedings and litigation matters. He also has experience in the areas of employment law, constitutional law and health care law.

Thomas E. Dietrich Associate
Thomas E. Dietrich is an Associate Attorney at Mangum, Wall, Stoops & Warden, PLLC.

Intellectual Property Counseling and Litigation
Tom has over six years of experience in intellectual property counseling and litigation for artists, publishers, inventors, and businesses of all sizes. He can assist with trademark and copyright registration and management, rights licensing, trade secrets protection, and anti-piracy and Digital Millennium Copyright Act compliance. Tom knows copyright infringement litigation, having worked on cases involving both Spawn and The Walking Dead comic books. From a small business perspective, Tom has experience developing comprehensive trade secrets protection policies and day-to-day management of IP issues.
Tom has deep knowledge of patent litigation, from helping small companies protect manufacturing investments to defending Fortune 500 companies. He has litigated patent cases involving healthcare software, email distribution and ERP systems, utility boxes, and bottle labelers, and has written two successful petitions for post-grant patent review.
Civil Litigation
Tom handles civil and business litigation cases for the firm, having worked on cases involving disputes between LLC members, trade secrets theft, cybersquatting, and government contracts. Tom has also managed internal investigations of businesses under civil and criminal investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice.
Criminal Prosecution and Appeals
Tom handled over 50 criminal appeals as an Assistant Attorney General. He appeared in court for more than 20 felony preliminary hearings as a clerk with the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.

Probate / Estate Planning
Ms. Biro's primary areas of practice are probate and estate planning, which includes but is not limited to the creation of Wills, Trusts, Codicils, amendments and restatements, Financial Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Powers of Attorney. In addition, Ms. Biro practices all aspects of trust funding, including but not limited to detailed real estate tracing and transfers, and the retitling of personal property assets.
Guardianships / Conservatorships
Ms. Biro also creates Guardianships and Conservatorships for both minors and adults, in addition to the preparation of annual reports and annual accountings.

Ms. Biro handles certain areas of business law, including the creation of profit and non-profit corporations and limited liability companies, and all aspects involved in the completion and upkeep of these entities.

Cathryn S. Anderson
Cathryn S. Anderson is a Certified Legal Assistant at Mangum, Wall, Stoops & Warden, P.L.L.C.

Ms. Anderson has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, discovery, trial preparation and trial, including complex and large case management in matters involving contract disputes, real estate, construction, bad debt, education, subrogation, employment/labor, property damage, civil rights and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Anderson also has extensive litigation experience in the areas of substantive legal research, settlement brochures and memoranda and drafting of motions. Ms. Anderson also conducts factual investigative research, manages all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document productions.
Personal Injury and Insurance Defense
Ms. Anderson has performed extensive trial work as a Plaintiff's Paralegal, as well as a defense Paralegal in multiple high-profile civil cases. She is competent in municipal cases, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, bad faith, nursing home malpractice, roadway design, slip/trip and falls, dog bite, automobile accident, motorcycle accident, bicycle accident, pedestrian accident, dram shop and liquor liability, 18-wheel tractor/trailer, and minor child settlements.
Tribal Law Litigation
Ms. Anderson has also performed Paralegal services in civil litigation and replevin cases on the Navajo, Hopi and White Mountain Apache Reservations.

Ms. Anderson has been involved with several administrative hearings relating to employment issues of tenured faculty. Ms. Anderson taught the civil litigation course at Coconino Community College in Paralegal Studies.

General Information
John Feeney has been a Research Analyst and Librarian for Mangum, Wall, Stoops & Warden since 1976 with periodic sabbaticals for post-graduate degree work. He continues to work part-time performing legal research, library and archival work. Prior to joining Mangum, Wall, Stoops & Warden, P.L.L.C., John served as an Assistant Manuscript Librarian at Harvard Law School.
