The origins of Mangum, Wall, Stoops & Warden, P.L.L.C. date back to 1933, when H. Karl Mangum opened a solo law practice in Flagstaff. Our legacy is one of providing quality legal services, emphasizing a "preventive law" approach. The firm takes pride in the fact that many of its clients are referred by other lawyers and satisfied clients.

Throughout the years, the lawyers of Mangum, Wall, Stoops & Warden, P.L.L.C. have served their community and state as Judges Pro Tem for the Arizona Court of Appeals, presidents of the Coconino County Bar Association, as well as being active in a wide variety of Flagstaff, statewide and national civic and professional activities and community organizations. Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review rating process. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the Judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell Ratings fall into two categories - legal ability and general ethical standards. Generally, a law firm is given the peer review rating of its highest rated active partner. An AV rating is a significant accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. A lawyer must be admitted to the bar for 10 years or more to receive an AV rating.
